Day 1: Arrival in Nagpur – City Tour

Upon arrival at Nagpur airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, begin your city tour of Nagpur, often referred to as the “Orange City.” Visit Sitabuldi Fort, a historic landmark offering panoramic views of the city. Continue to Deekshabhoomi (Dhamma Chakra Stupa), an important Buddhist pilgrimage site symbolizing peace and enlightenment. Later, explore the Central Museum (closed on Mondays), showcasing regional artifacts and cultural exhibits. Return to your hotel for relaxation. Overnight at hotel in Nagpur.

Day 2: Nagpur – Amravati – Akola (Approx. 250 kms / 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Akola via Amravati, covering approx. 250 kms in 5–6 hours. En route, visit the sacred Ambadevi Temple, one of the most revered temples dedicated to Goddess Amba, known for its spiritual significance and intricate architecture.

Continue your drive to Akola and check in at your hotel upon arrival. Later, begin a brief city exploration with a visit to Akola Fort, an ancient structure reflecting the region’s historical past. Within the fort complex, visit Rajeshwar Temple, an old Shiva shrine known for its religious importance. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Akola.

Day 3: Akola – Ajanta – Aurangabad (Approx. 250 kms / 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Aurangabad, covering approx. 250 kms in 5–6 hours. En route, visit the world-renowned Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 2nd century BCE. These rock-cut caves are famous for their intricate Buddhist murals, sculptures, and paintings depicting ancient Indian life and spirituality.

After exploring Ajanta, continue your journey to Aurangabad. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel in Aurangabad.

Day 4: Aurangabad – Ellora & City Tour (Approx. 100 kms round trip)

After breakfast at the hotel, begin your excursion to Ellora Caves, located approx. 30 kms (1 hour drive). This UNESCO World Heritage Site features a remarkable collection of Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain caves carved into rock, showcasing India’s religious harmony and architectural brilliance.

Continue to visit Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later, explore Daulatabad Fort, a magnificent hilltop fortress known for its strategic design and historical significance.

Return to Aurangabad and proceed with a city tour, visiting Bibi ka Maqbara, often referred to as the “Mini Taj Mahal,” followed by Panchakki and the Aurangabad Caves. Overnight at hotel in Aurangabad.

Day 5: Aurangabad – Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, check out as per standard time. Depending on your flight schedule, you may enjoy some leisure time or last-minute shopping. Later, transfer to Aurangabad airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your cultural tour.
