Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Hubli – Drive to Badami (110 km / 3 hrs)

• Pick up from Hubli Airport by private chauffeur-driven vehicle.
• Drive through the rugged Deccan landscape to Badami, once the regal capital of the Chalukyas.
• Check-in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to unwind.
• Overnight stay in Badami.

Day 2: Badami – Aihole – Pattadakal – Badami

Breakfast at hotel.
• Excursion to Aihole, an open-air museum of over 125 early Chalukyan shrines. Visit Durga Temple, shaped like a Buddhist chaitya hall, Lad Khan Temple, one of the oldest in India, and Ravanaphadi Cave Temple, known for its powerful Shiva carvings.
