Booking and Cancellation Policy

Prices

All prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice. Quoted prices are subject to change at any time until full payment is received. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted per person.

Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted include credit card, electronic bank transfer, and cheque.

  • Cash/Bank Transfer/Cheque: Prices quoted are valid for payments made by cash, bank transfer, or cheque. Cheques may take up to two weeks to clear.

  • Credit Card: If you choose to pay by credit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against Agora Voyages (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Additional charges may apply for credit card payments.

  • Electronic Payments: These may take up to two business days to process. Please ensure payment is made at least two business days before the due date. Notify your travel consultant once the payment is made.

  • Travel Documents: Will be issued only upon receipt of full payment with cleared funds.

In case of cheque payment, you agree not to stop the cheque even if you cancel your booking. We reserve the right to apply the proceeds of any payment towards any outstanding liabilities before issuing any refund.

Taxes

Certain taxes are mandatory and included in the total price. Additional local taxes may apply at airports or hotels. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelled bookings may incur charges up to 100% of the total booking amount, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Charges also apply to changes, reissues, or amendments. If Agora Voyages incurs any cancellation fee on your behalf, you agree to indemnify us for the same. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the funds from relevant suppliers.

Agora Voyages (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. applies four different cancellation policies, depending on the type of tour or activity. Please check the applicable policy before confirming your booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Applicable for same-day tours and activities within India.

  • Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

2. Strict Cancellation Policy

Applicable for multi-day tours within India.

  • 31 days or more before tour: No cancellation charges.

  • 30–15 days before tour: 20% of the total booking value.

  • 14–7 days before tour: 50% of the total booking value.

  • 6 days or fewer before tour: 90% of the total booking value.

  • An additional 5% credit card processing fee will apply on all refunds.

3. Vendor Cancellation Terms

Applicable for multi-day tours and activities outside India.

  • Specific cancellation terms will be mentioned under Booking Terms & Conditions of the tour.

4. All Sales are Final

Applicable for certain international tours and experiences.

  • These bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable, under any circumstances. Cancellation terms are listed under the Cancellation Policy of each tour page.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the respective policies of the airlines, hotels, and Agora Voyages.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 90 days from the travel date.

  • Any unclaimed amounts from no-shows or unused bookings will be considered forfeited.

  • Agora Voyages reserves the right to determine the final refundable amount in cases outside supplier/vendor scope.

  • Refunds will be processed in the client’s name only, within a maximum of 15 working days.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, unless explicitly stated.

  • All cancellation and amendment charges are subject to the supplier/vendor policies over which Agora Voyages has no control.
